The nationwide Sleep Better Campaign has been created to make you aware of how important good quality sleep is and how you can get better sleep.
The campaign is supported by Crampex, a treatment for nocturnal muscle cramp which affects 13 million people in the UK.

has sat on the boards of the Sleep Medicine Research Foundation, the European Sleep Research Society and the U.S Sleep Research Society. Chris currently works at the Edinburgh Sleep Centre.
